Privacy & Return Policy

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for all returned products in advance.
  • A shipping representative will collect the products from the customer within 3 business days.
  • A quality inspection will be conducted within 48 hours of receiving the products from the shipping company.
  • Packaging and materials must be in their original condition.
  • The product must not be opened.

All requests for incorrectly shipped products on invoices must be submitted within one day of delivery.

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt if they are defective or do not match the specifications or purpose for which they were contracted.

You do not have the right to return or exchange any of the following products:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are in a condition different from what you received.
  • Any products missing their serial number or that have been tampered with.
  • Products not eligible for return due to health reasons.
  • Products that have been opened after delivery.
  • Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
